Whether it’s swapping a hotel, adding downtime, or tweaking activities, we refine the details together until the trip feels just right for your family.

Alongside your finalized custom itinerary, we deliver an organized “Black Book” with everything you need to book and manage your trip: clear list of trusted contacts, alternative options, and practical notes. This gives you full control and flexibility, which is especially important when traveling with children, so you can adjust as needed without losing the magic of a well-planned journey.

Included with your custom package is access to our in-house Global Hotel Sommelier, who can handle and manage any 4–5 star hotel bookings through our global luxury partners, if you choose to stay at a hotel.

We don’t just recommend hotels when we custom-plan your trip. If your trip includes a hotel or resort stay with one of our global hotel partners, our hotel expert, Giedre, can book your accommodations and add VIP perks and upgrades for your family.
